Response and Action
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, PriestlySounds will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the party responsible for submitting the content.
Repeat infringement may result in permanent removal of content and restriction of access to the platform.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed from PriestlySounds was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing sufficient legal grounds. Valid counter-notifications will be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws.
